The value depends really on where one sells it, if they intend to do so. I won't mention any names, but I could probably get maybe 4 dollars or so at this moment for it, 3 at the very least in a matter of days - not that I do this sort of thing, but the option is out there.

I agree with your "relative" assessment, and perhaps .70 is even a bit high. Not everyone on the planet is aware it is in a bundle. I'm not disputing that fact at all. I'm merely stating that it is quite possible to get more based on other markets out there. Most of the games in that bundle haven't held up, but this one has for the most part, and may grow in value over time if it's not bundled for a while. The price is irrelevant though - it wasn't really about that for me. I'm just personally looking to get a bit more out of it, as I have already moved a couple of them in a few days time since the "happy hour" where I got the 1+3 packs.

I don't understand your logic. I guess everything in a society structured on capitalism is a scam by that definition. Everyone gets richer off the hard work of the people beneath them, and each one profits more and more as it continues to trickle down until the average commoner can buy it.
I don't wish to make trouble, so I will leave you in peace. I just like to stretch my dollar (or game) as far as it will go, then I end up with more dollars (or games) than I would have had to begin with. That way I can get more, and keep getting more, mimicking the system I live in. How can one put value on something that is digital anyway, when it's really not even created from product?
A key can be generated from nothing over and over, so every key is relatively worthless if you really break it down to the bottom line. It is simply a bunch of alphanumerics that give you "rights" to use the item as long as the service that distributes them deems it appropriate. You don't really "own" anything, if you really look it up by legal definition.

Not sure why you are also defensive. I simply didn't want to take your offer. I'll wait for the guy that offers me 8 cards instead of 7. Wouldn't anybody do that? It's not a big deal. You make it seem like I'm doing the worst thing in the history of the world. I don't care about the "relative or mathematical" value. It is what it is worth to a person, whether they are selling or buying, and how much they'll pay or not, that makes the trade successful. Only your opinion makes it into a scam.
Would you also consider somebody at a yard sale who won't pay full price for a used piece of furniture that haggles down the price before they buy it a scammer because they didn't trade "fairly" as the "seller wanted it to be"? That's downright silly thinking!
I consider buying a Pablo Picasso painting for 179 million dollars a scam, but the buyer was happy to pay. It's simple opinion, and nothing more. The value is simply determined by demand, and where the limit is at.
