As i can see lego batman 3 is not on discount, it might be even region locked as steamdb reports its not cross region giftable.

If you know how to get id's you can check multiple game prices at once, and this is basically a number from steam url. Guys my HDD crashed so i have to reinstall my OS and setup everything on my new SSD, unfortunately when you reinstall OS you basically login from new device on which Steam does not let you trade for 7 days, so i will probably have to miss this sale :(
