as long as it's not illegal or an account you can pretty much trade.
cards sold on the steam market only earn about 80% of the value afterwards, too.

I might do the trade, but I can't gift any games from the (US) store to you so I only have a list of games I already have

There might be a few rare games the US can gift to EU, but the chances are probably pretty low (and mostly they are visual novels that seem to work that I've noticed. Clannad still can be gifted to EU people and it's within a 10 or 14% price difference)

Games like Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak work somehow too (7%). I would just look at the games you mostly would want and check their steamdb page if it can be gifted

there's probably no easy way to find if a game can be gifted either, but you can check every page on steamdb and see if the difference is less than 15% (but the cutoff might be 10%)

First i meant to sell Cards for my Steam Wallet not trade it for Game/s because most Games in my Wishlist are only to remember what i will maybe sometimes buy or a Game that offers Models in them that im interested in to rip them out (psst) ^^

The thing is selling them one by one with 428 Cards takes forever and 250 is the limit for a one time sell so takes even longer.

Edit: When i would Trade them for a Game then the only one i would really be interested in is Nioh Complete Edition or maybe FF15 Win Edition but thats it.
