Just to always make sure someone isn't an impersonator, put their steam url (Ex. https://steamcommunity.com/id/khristiansdfasf2434) into the Search Reputation box on the home page.
So it seems like this Outfixes guy is just a scammer getting +reps from giving away free games, going to delete my +rep of him right now.
This is very useful information. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and it's nice to see that this community has legitimate users. It seems you are right in regards to the real SketCZ.
As far as Outfixes goes I am convinced he is a scammer, giving away free games for reputation and having a secondary account to impersonate himself.
