I have Steam keys from other websites, is there a way to trade those or activate them as gifts?

I have a bunch of Steam keys for games I already have on Steam, that I have acquired from various bundles.
If I activate them on Steam will they become gifts, and if not does steam trades do steam keys?

no, they will not become gifts, they will only said "product already owned" and the key will not be redeemed.
