So basically you want to pay less than it is on the store... Have you read that article that valve is forced by publishers to suspend accounts of russians who help others with buying games cheaper?
i can buy it for 15$ myself, so why wud i ask anyone else to buy it for me unless they offer lower price

No link right now, but there's a topic about it on steamgifts.com. anyway, why would anyone sell it cheaper than 15$ if they have to pay 15$ to buy it in the first place? and as you know russians always add fees so you'll end up with probably about 14$ too if you find a russian to do it for paypal as most of them want webmoney.
