He posted a fake link to his steam account on my profile page, so I could add him.
But this link will forward you to a website, which looks like steam, where you have to fill in your login details.
Do not do this, or if you did, change your password immediately (all places, where you use this password)
I was too slow and he deleted his post on my profile.
What you have to do
if you hadn't done anything yet => block him
if you clicked on the page, no worries => you can always change your password to be 100% sure and block him
if you clicked on his link and filled in your account details (and press enter), you will receive an email with a security code. => don't enter the security code on the page and change your password immediately and block him
if you have done all the above => change your password immediately and block him
