Account trading is illegal and a scam anyways. Trading them will result in a ban. And the original owner can always recover the account no matter what.

Edit: It appears he is not doing this. He is trading/buying keys.

I think he just means that he has verified pp account so no aware about trading with him. He probably offers money for keys.
