From what I tested in Half Life 2 it is uncensored (blood and stuff).
I also checked the English subs and text and it looks like any text is in German (menu, subtitles, maybe other stuff, too), even when I set the language to English (in the right-click -> properties menu of the games in Steam).
The audio is multi4 tho (English, German, French, Russian).
