sorry but I cant offer 4 keys because gta complete pack is worth for 4~5 keys, so I only can give you 3 dota 2 keys for gta4 complete edition, consider that dota 2 keys have more value than tf2 keys, sorry but it's my last offer, take it or leave :/
The cheapest gta complete has been is 12.49, which is a little over 5 keys on a good sellers price. GTA 4 has been cheapest at 7.50, which is 3.5 keys, so it really just depends on how bad the seller wants to trade.
You are right on Dota keys being worth a mild amount more, and the extra 5c per key just about makes it worth it for me...
