That would depend on whether you know a place to sell the keys for money again. Though I can also sell my items through G2A, Kinguin, Eneba and Gamivo. They accept most payment methods.

Permalinkwell there is a couple known places to cash out TF2 keys like skinport or skinbaron as far as I know.
Makerplace.tf used b4 to cashout but after the update back on 2019, the only people can use it is official resellers
