The keys that I have are from old Humble Bundles, and they can be activated on Desura. Any of the Steam keys that might have been in those packages have already been activated by me. The Humble Android Bundle 3 giftable URLs can be assigned to any email address and have all the Steam Keys in them, ready to be activated on any account.
