Indication of prices:
$1 = 5.33 ref
$2 = 1 key + 2.33 ref
$3 = 1 key + 6.66 ref
$4 = 2 keys + 3.66 ref
$5 = 3 keys
$6 = 3 keys + 4.66 ref
$10 = 6 keys
$15 = 9 keys
1 TF2 key = 7.55 ref
.5 key = 3.88 ref
