Bioshock Infinite Season Pass is $6.75. I can do 4 TF2 Keys or 5 Dota2 Keys + any card (for 5 Dota2 Keys I'll be losing $0.05 for the price it's right now, so if you can get me any card, it would help =).

I see, anything related to bioshock that includes the game itself is more expensive in my store. Both Borderlands 2 and Bioshock are more expensive.

No good offer for both, basically the same price as US store. You can try AC Liberation in RU store (it's about 25% cheaper than your store, so you can get it for 4 TF2 Keys + 2 summer cards).
