You do realize that the price he quoted you was 33% off, right? Skyrim still retails at $59.99 or $55.58(ish) if you can pick up the UK equivalent.

I think he is taking into consideration russian prices. If so, OMD2 2-pack + CSGO would cost around $30 for him, while Skyrim costs $37 (full price).
