Maybe you're right? Before I trade I look up each game's value on the aftermarket. For example,
Spec Ops 4.51$ https://www.g2a.com/spec-ops-the-line-steam-key-global-i10000003372008

The way I interpret this, is that if instead of trading the game I sold it on g2a, I would get 4.51$ which I could then spend on both games and I would still have 2$ left for another game. Under such consideration, I would say that The Line is worth twice as much as Shadowrun and Bureau combined.
Since g2a is a market system, I assume that the prices already reflect offer and demand (ie: rarity).
Am I interpreting values wrong? What is your reference for comparing games?
BTW I would also trade NBA2K17 for those games if that's a more interesting deal to you.
