Not really going to offer but, why not buy it from G2A ? It's 34€ and I doubt you could find it for a lot cheaper from a trader.

PermalinkBecause buying Steam Gifts from places like G2A and Kinguin is risky. You could get banned from Steam for it. I have no issues buying keys from them from time to time, but not gifts.
