You're offering me about 35 cents for a $20 ($5 on sale) game. Sharking is not your strong suit.
Current humble bundle origin 2, dead space 2 is listed amongst the 5 non-BTA games, 1/5 = 0.20.
1000 Gems on the steam market is about 69 cents. 25% (250 gems) of 69 cents is 17.25 cents.
17.25 + 20 = 37.25 cents. I did the initial math in my head because I didnt feel like making an effort, but since you asked me to do the math for you, there it is.
And before you start arguing something silly like Dead Space 2 being worth more than, say, peggle, sure you might be right, but Dead Space 2 has also been bundled before, and frankly it is an oversaturated market by far. Once the bundle is gone, perhaps Dead Space 2 can be considered for more than 20 cents, but it is LITERALLY being sold for $1, bundled with 4 other games (some of which are better than itself, mind you).
So there you have it. But don't worry, some people are still new to bundles, you can probably scam them into thinking that your Dead Space 2 is worth more than $2. Best of luck, fellow trader.
I say their value together is $2 and i have not seen an over saturated market before this bundle. But i don't think Borderlands GOTY is worth $20 or $5. What you paid is not what you get. I say its top value to the right guy is maybe $3.5 - $4
Borderlands GOTY is not worth $20 no, but I can probably pass it at $4-5 easy. I am in no rush to trade away my games, secondly.. I just realized Borderlands GOTY retails at $30 + $7.5 on sale. I can most definitely do 2 keys for it. And on top of that, a minute's research showed me that most people are trading Borderlands GOTY at 4-6 keys. Which is about $8-12, so I most definitely do not need to settle.

No. What do you think I'm gonna trade it for 2 cards? Btw i have seen GOTY and 2 keys often. Those who offer it at 6 are clearly trying to rip people off.
You're right, they are. But my point remains, Dead Space 2 is worthless, at least as long as the bundle is active, and likely a while longer. I have bundle games dating back over 2 years, they are now worth the lowest sale price on Steam (or on occasion even more, had one that hadnt been on sale in 1.5 years that I traded at 3/4th retail price).
But bottomline remains, Dead Space 2 is currently in a bundle, non-BTA, with 4 other games, averaging it at about 20 cents, and because that bundle will be very very very popular (last origin bundle was a huge hit), the market will be saturated with them.

Steam Games that have been removed from the store: These are obviously worth a little more than the average.
Steam Gifts: Accepting offers on these. Prices varies on A LOT of things.
Bundle Games (Keys/Gift Urls): Most games value at 1 ToD to 4 TF2 keys some exceptions apply due to BTA costs, supply/demand and popularity.
Origin Keys: Most games are worth 1 Key. Again, some exceptions apply.
Desura Keys: Can trade most of these for a few cards. Some of these have Steam keys available, and I am aware of which - so don't give me any bullshit about them being "just" a Desura key.
I generally price games off their lowest sold price (found at http://isthereanydeal.com/), with the exception of bundle games, which are likely to be less.
I don't want lowballing/idiotic offers.
I don't want to give you $20 worth of games for a random non-BTA bundle game.
I won't make unfair demands for them, but if I'm not interested in what you offer (for whatever reason), then don't complain that I don't accept "a fair trade".
