Whole Story:
Scammer was selling the COD4 retail ROW steam keys. So, i added him. He asked me for 8.50$ paypal for the key. I went first & payed him. After that, he gave me the key which was not working. Then when i asked him, he said that its a retail key & not a steam key. So, i asked him either to refund my money or to provide me an steam iitem worth 8.50$. He denied both and eventually blocked me. Follwoing are the screenshot proofs of the whole conversation;

Btw, this is the 2nd time he scammed on steamtrades. Hope he will get banned for repetative scamming.
