The trade rate is 1 CS:GO key = 1 TF2 key + 4 refined metal
I have quite a time to exchange these keys. I did though some time ago 1:1. what's the ratio of refined metals per tf2 key?
I have exchanged a lot of csgo keys for tf2 keys at the rate of 12:13 .
but my price was the best all through out tf2.. people are asking 1k + 2 refs for their csgo keys :) hope this input helps.
I have 3 Shadow Case Keys mind trading it for 3 tf2keys plus something? worth 1 dollars?

steam market price of tf2 and csgo keys are somewhat similar.
I would like to trade all my tf2 keys for an amount of csgo keys or all my tf2 keys + some overpay in items or games for the same amount of tf2 keys.
