I deal in card prices, since they can have very varying values, and usually I ask for 5% of the game's original store value (or you get it at a 95% discount, if it sounds nicer :)). So, Divinia would be 75 Eurocents, Corrosion 40 Eurocents.
There is a Chrome/Opera/Vivaldi extension called Steam Inventory Helper, it displays the prices in the trade window. This way both buyer and seller can see that the prices are the ones that were agreed upon.
