changed his profile id, if you go to your activity you should see that you became friends with him then click on his account and post new profile link.

He's a scammer too, he trades games for egamingbets cards but never actually gives you the games and he deletes any -rep on his comments

As long as you have proof, report him on steamrep, open a ticket on steam support and report him there too, and -rep him on steamgifts.
