if your version is RU tagged, you have to mention that. yes, its not locked and probably never will be (although this can happen, even to older titles). but still it is not a ROW version. it's from russia and marked as such, and you have to tell people that. thats not only about the region lock. didn't you ever think about that some people just dont want games with RU tag in their library, so they cannot be accused for circumventing regional pricing? unbelievable, that there even has to be a discussion about this. it should be obvious that you should mention it.
