Send the money under Family and Friends and write a note, "I will not chargeback."
Send an email using the same paypal email address to my paypal email address. In the email, you will write, "Money gift to my dear friend. I will not chargeback. My steamID64 is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
Your steamID64 can be found by simply clicking on your name at the right of Community in your steam client, selecting Profile. Right click on the left side or right side, where your background is, then select Copy Page URL. You paste that into a notepad for example, the number for me is 17 digits long.
After I receive the money and the email from matching accounts, I will send the items you are paying for.
If you can not send the money as a gift you must pay for any fees that paypal charges for the transaction besides following the rest of the rules.
Skrill Rules
