Close, but the shipping cost makes it just a little too steep for me. Here are a few thoughts on a counter offer:

• If you still have 2 US codes, I would be willing to trade up to 4 physical games for 2 US codes, or the 2 games you named shipped and 2 digital games from my list (Puppeteer PS3 or the 3 Crossbuy games PS3/PS4) for 2 US codes.
• If you only have 1 US code left, then I would be willing to ship one physical game and let you choose one digital from my list (Puppeteer PS3 or the 3 Crossbuy games PS3/PS4)
• Another option is adding Steam games if you also play on PC - values for Steam games vary alot more than the PS codes so it would depend on which you were interested in. Same as the two previous ideas - either 1 US code for one physical and 1 or 2 Steam codes depending on which games, or 2 US codes for 2 physical shipped and 1 -3 Steam codes depending on which.
• And the last option would be if $2 PayPal or a CSGO key can be be thrown in to offset the shipping cost
