You can create a case against him on SteamRep if you have proof, he has scammed at least one more person already it seems.

The profile was changed and he was pretending to be Emuholic, had all the same pictures and writing, but of course different games etc. I didn't think, having traded with emuholic before, to check properly. The trade was for 5 tf2 keys for The Long Dark key, he immediately blocked me after the trade.
I see Steam says that it won't undo the trade, but is there anything I can do? For example, join the groups he's in and tell everyone there? Or is that something I'll get into trouble for?
