Yep, exactly. After entering the key it becomes the same full game in your library.

Well, you can check my feedback here - http://www.steamtrades.com/user/f1ake . I've done it more than 20 times and always was recommended as a genuine trader. If your games are gifts I can go first so you can check my keys and only after that you forward your gifts to my inventory.
