TF2 Keys at the $2.30. So $2.30 x 7 = $16.10. And $16.10 - $14.99 = $1.10
And common 13 TF2 Keys. $2.30 x 13 = $29.90. So basically I would just save 9 cents with your offer.
I mean the upcoming Steam Summer Sale will probably have Skyrim 50% anyway. But I just ended up buying for $30 today because I don't want keys. So lols for my impatientness.
that would depend on your region also people buy tf2 keys for 1.5 dollers and not 2.3. you need to learn some trading stuff before your start throwing out those terrible offers

its np, keys can be bought off other traders for between 1.3 an 1.7 depending on the key price, an 13 is the lowerst around atm

mine isnt a key and its more expensive on steam, its low for a gift, an if it cost 7.5 dollers and you offer 7.5 dollers, there is no incentove to trade
