he sold me a diablo 3 copy bought with a fake/stolen credit card, i don't know, he gave me the key, it worked, and after 2 hours it just fucked up, i searched him on google, and it seems he's scammed more people the same way, please get him banned some way...

You're welcomed. But, I'm afraid I can't report him since you didn't provide any actual proof, no offense intended.
If you do have proof you should created a ticket [here](htt://steamgifts.com/support/new] to at least get his SteamTrades account suspended.
