I want...

I am not sure if this is allowed and this is kind of a weird request but need help troubleshooting an Nvidia GTX 1060. Having a lighting/contrast issue that no one seems to be able to help me with. If your able to help me get it resolved, I'll give you the full bundlestars bundle listed (or 1 non-vanilla key if your not interested in the bundle)AFTER it's resolved. Would prefer someone with an extensive familiarity of the English language.

SEE ISSUE BELOW:

The issue I'm having is primarily in first person games where the screen brightness will change frequently based on the lighting of the room. For example, in the Turing Test, if I stand in front of a light, the rest of the screen will go incredibly dim. Then I move away from the light and the brightness goes back up but it is delayed which causes a weird dimming/brightness effect that occurs constantly. It is making me motion sick in games with more movement and I am beginning to become unable to play my games without the constant dimming and brightening. It is driving me CRAZY.

I am running a GTX 1060 (6GB), I have already changed all color settings in the nvidia control panel to FULL dynamic. I have disabled adaptive brightness in windows (it is NOT a windows issue). I have tried on several different monitors (it is NOT a monitor issue). I have also been advised to disable DYNAMIC CONTRAST, which is NO LONGER an option in the Nvidia control panel. Maybe a way to disable this in the registry settings? I am almost certain this is what's causing it but I'm not 100% and I would just like to enjoy my games again without the contrast strain on my eyes.

EDIT: Having the issue on two PCs now with multiple games. One with a GTX 660, the other with a GTX 1060

try posting on SteamGifts for some exposure instead. don't advertise trading since it's not allowed there.

trade topics get bumped off the only place people will see this. less exposure and limited chance for help.

trading is an open topic. I don't see why you couldn't trade help for items here if you're into that.
