That WAS a lowball indeed. When we talked on steam i have mentioned that it's version of the game with old audio so it's kind of unique :) I have sold it for 4 TF2 keys FYI. Anyway i wasn't interested in Tiny and big - just not my kind of game and Vice City is much better game to be honest.
