Just won it recently in a giveaway, but the guy that gave me the key said that it only works in USA and Europe. Sadly, I wasn't able to activate it due to the region lock. So, maybe one of You would like to give it a shot.

Just saying, if you trade a game you won in steamgifts (asuming you won it there) and it is region locked, you should reject the game and contact the support, he will get suspended. Otherwise you could be suspended for trading / not activating your gift
