As title says, I have a Grand Theft Auto Complete Package (single item Steam gift) that is one of the rare editions that includes the first two GTA games (package and individual games both since removed from Steam store) as well as the original radio songs for Vice City (10 songs were removed due to licensing issues).

Because of the rarity I'm not sure how much it's worth so I'm completely open to offers in TF2 keys or possibly games from my wishlist or other rare games.

Having looked at previous threads where people have offered this, the going rate seems to be around 20 TF2 keys.

It's rare as a gift. If you buy it on Gamersgate you'll get a code, not a gift - and it's not always on sale there, it's normally £35. I'm not asking for that much.
