[H] Rise of the Tombraider [W] Left 4 Dead 2 (gift and ROW or EU) or 3 CS:GO keys

I have Rise of the Tombraider HB giftlink. Don't think I ever going to play it. So I try to get a copy of L4D2 for my friend. Must be a steamgift, ROW or EU.
