If you're trying to sell/trade an account then it's against SteamTrades rules as well as Blizzard's Terms of Use.
Here's a quote from Blizzard's Terms of Use:
" Blizzard does not recognize the transfer of Accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void."

i have keys, gift but now i can't trade (someone report me and i already have ban for 1 week). but im interested in your account, if you still have for ~7 days later, maybe we can trade. But only if you still have CD-Key Diablo 3 you activated in your account.

I really want to get rid of these games, so if I find an offer which suits me in a decent amount of time I'm gonna accept it.
