It is better to find a person who has been waiting for to play it for a while now. Rep doesn't matter. You got to judge them by their character. I met 2 people whom I gave away the key and they gave the gifts back to me and they didn't have rep at all. Just use your best judgement to pick those that are grateful enough to not screw you over. I have a Dota 2 key from the Alienware giveaway, but I already have Dota 2 on my account, so I can't activate it for the extra copies.
I'm looking for someone to give the key to, who will activate it and then give me the extra copies.
The requirements for this person are as follows:
EDIT: If you do not have enough rep, you can provide tradable games as collateral, if you're comfortable doing that.
