I'd give Planetary Annihilation + House of Caravan + Uncanny Valley for Remember Me if it is a gift or gift link (or minus House of Caravan if it is a code… I need it for much later use, so a gift link is my only 100% guarantee). PayPal isn't really an option, since even if I ask 4 USD for the pack, the transfer fee would make it too expensive for you.
Alternatively, I accept 5 sacks of gems for the whole lot. I can wait for a week until they become tradeable for you.

I usually say prices for cards. My usual approach is around half of the current grey market price, so, in US cents:
- Sir, You Are being Hunted: 90 cents
- Lemma: 80 cents
- Gone Home + OST: 50 cents

Life is Strange is 30 cents on average so those three = Sir, You Are Being Hunted.
Murdered is 8 cents on average, Shadowrun Returns is 6 cents on average, that is 24+24 = Gone Home + OST.
