You've got quite a long list there, and I'm a bit too tired to take a detailed look now as it's very late here, but what caught my eye first was Bound By Flame.
I value Xenonauts by far the most out of the games you want, and would offer it for the said game.
The remaining games you mentioned are pretty sought after as well, but I am aware they are worth a bit less and would consider trading them for games I wouldn't necessarily have on my most wanted list. For the 3 games, I would ask DeadCore, Helldorado, Primal Carnage and Party of Sin (we can take this one out of the mix if you accept the Xeno-Bound trade as well, as a small bonus :) ).
I hope you find my offer fair, and apologize in advance if I had mismatched some games. I didn't have the time, nor the energy, to track down all the games and check their origin (bundle tier, sale price etc.).

I'm not satisfied if only I get the game/games I want and the other trader is less than happy with what they end up with. Both parties need to be content with the exchange.

If you checked my other open threads, you'll see that I have a bunch of wallet on g2a that I'm trying to get rid of (and I'm guessing you meant the price there is similar for grid and xeno), so I value money there quite a bit less. Also, as you can see above, I'm asking for at least 3 keys for Xeno, and am not looking for g2a value (as I could just sell it there easily as well).
Honestly, the game (Xeno) looks pretty good and quite up my valley, and I was planning on trying the drm-free version I have and seeing if I like it, so I would only trade it for really good offers. Sleeping Dogs: DE was only a bit over a $1 more expensive on g2a than Xeno when I checked yesterday, so I felt it was a fair trade, given my explanation above. I see the price has gone up today, but am guessing it'll go back down and I don't mind the wait.
So, in conclusion, I'm not fully comfortable with the trade you suggested, and will have to pass at this time. I could perhaps be swayed to agree if you add Party of Sin (though it's only about $0.7 on g2a), or if you offer SD:DE instead of Grid as I mentioned before.
I could throw in Party of Sin and add it to the 4 already offered, if needed. I am, after all, open to negotiation and feel that the addition to the exchange is still a fair trade
