I don't think Sergei would sell the game for more money than what it's worth in USA right now, it would make no sense.
Blur is just 5 dollars anyway. He would get no profit from selling it for $3.50 for example, since anything higher would end up costing you more than 5 dollars (Due to taxes) and 1 dollar of profit is quite low. But maybe the taxes are as low as 1 dollar in cases where you send low amounts of money so it's ok :P
