Wallet is usually valued 25-30% lower than PayPal as real money is easily converted to Steam, but doing the vice versa is rather hard already. You can see CS:GO keys being sold here for 2$ via PayPal, for example, while they cost almost 2.85$ on Steam Market. So if someone pays me these 2$ in Wallet, I won't be able to buy same CS:GO for the funds.

I could do Divinity for either Bioshock 1 or Garry (gift links are preferred since those wouldn't be for me).
They are gift links but the problem is that my full name is shown once the link is clicked which is why I normally ask for an e-mail address and then put that into the link so that the game code is sent to the recipient and my name from the link is not shown.
Any ideas of how to get around that, unless you can tell me an e-mail address?
Also, what would be needed for any of the other games? Are you going by Steam Store prices which fluctuate wildly and by any means that would mean the games are all roughly equal?
I go by the fact whether game was previously bundled (for how much and how many times too), discounts on Steam and overall rarity. Name isn't shown on gift links, you can just create one, then paste it in chat for me to activate. It will only say "Someone sent you a gift" while no kind of personal info will be present, at least this is how it always worked on Humble for me.

Judging by this formula my game Sequence (now renamed to Before the Echo) should rate highly as it has not been in bundles many times and is very rarely traded or do I misunderstand that incorrectly?
I mean South Park and This war of mine were in the HB monthly bundle which means each cost about $2 and Dragon Commander costs $6 at full price and much less when it' on sale.
I mean technically bundle games have no monetary value at all as they cannot be sold without infringing T&Cs.
But anyway, if that is how you do, then this is how you do it.

So, if I go to my HB account and click create a gift link. If I click on that link a page appears where I have to put the e-mail address of the recipient twice. That is where my full name appears. This means if I give anybody this gift link my name will appear for them as soon as they click it.
I have no idea what happens afterwards. Is that where I can put my own address in, get the gift sent and then give you that link for you to click it and activate it?
I just said I base values on whether, for how much and how many times the game was bundled and yet you imply I go by the Steam price? Overall rarity also includes popularity, to be clear. Many people want South Park, but nobody wants Sequence, because it's mostly on of those thousands of unique indies available on Steam. Moreover, the fact if the game was made by some small studio and remained "unhyped" (in other words, destined to be bundled for cheap) or if it's an AAA or AAa project, which has way less chances to be bundled again soon, also matters.
I honestly don't see a reason to bring up all of this for such simple matter as trading a single game. Try to check the forums more thorough and convey your own basic ideas based on what you see (the other question if it will turn out to be any reasonable).
As for the gift links, I will repeat second and last time that when you redeem game as a link and send this link to someone else (so he could connect the gift to his own email to be able to access download page at any time from own account), it doesn't show any kind of name or else, but just says that you were gifted a game by somebody. Perhaps you use some other similar to Humble site if you manage to experience different result.
