15 keys is waaaaay to much.
I bought a Row copy for 11 so 6 would be a good price for RU/CIS.

PermalinkSeeing as how this is a preorder, and its just as worthwhile as the NA version of it, being ROW now, it doesn't really matter.
He can charge up around 19 keys if he wants, it's still the same product.
