Openning this thread it's a good way to start, but you need some proof to show that the trade actually happened, like: screenshots of chats between both of you or at least from your trade history (if you gave him TF2/Dota 2 keys or tradable items).
Also, report him here. The same thing: explain what happened, include screenshots and this info:

i gave him keys and items in trade. he gave the games as steam gift sended on email not in the same trade.....thats the main problem.
why u accept a deal like this if it is secure why dont he trade it away in normal way.. i feel sorry bout you but careful next time
I got 3 games from him! 1 cod ghost for me ( installed ) 1 cod ghost hardened edition + 1 payday2 ! last 2 i traded away,
after few days my game dissapeared ! probably the other 2 will dissapear also .. i will pay the guys who got the games from me ...even if its not my fault ...
