[H] Permanent RU Store Access from Any Country [W] $3 (READ INFO)

Hi; as you may know, regions are now account-bounded. Which means; you can get a new account, make the first payment in Russia, and then use the RU store and prices from anywhere. And, if you buy your games by clicking "Purchase for myself" then they will be ROW copies (doesn't work on gifts though).

I don't think this is against rules since I'll create a new account with your desired username; and I won't ask for any other info. I'll just make some random purchase with my card, then I'll log out and you'll change your password.. but if you think this is against the rules, please tell

Anyways; I'm thinking that $3 is a nice price for all my work (I mean cheapest RU prepaid card you can find is €15 for a €5 card)
