I've had them for a long while so I'm sure they've dropped in price over time, probably about .60 to .75 each by now. Let me know if you have any particular sets that you want, because it will take 24 hour (steam hold) to transfer them from my friend's account to mine.

Well... Nowadays you can get 1 TF2 key for ~1.75$, and for that key you can buy 16 sets at the moment. (It went up to 18 sets but it's lower now since the Summer Sale is about to start) So it's pretty much lower than that. :/

Well that depends on whether you want funds on your Steam wallet or not. Also, the price (16 sets for 1 key) is a price for low-tier sets (cards worth 0.03-0.05$). But people are mostly buying them since they give the same amount of XP when crafted. You may be able to find someone who'll pay more for better cards, of course depending on the quality of your cards.
I am actually interested in the unmarketable sets. I'd like only to know how many would you be able to do for Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition. :D
Would 20-25 of the unmarketable sets work for your sleeping dogs? Also I'm in North America, so is your game region locked?
Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition are worth ~2.25 keys, I can get 16 sets for a key at the moment... I could settle with 30 sets, but below that it's a big loss for me. :/
And for the region, as far as I know my key is global. I could go first with it so we check that for sure, but I tried to see regions and there are specific ones only for Germany, LATAM and Asia.
