Goods would suggest much higher fee included within the payment itself. If you are skeptical about trading with a person with over thousand of positive transactions (no bragging, just numbers), then maybe you shouldn't delve into trading at all? Regardless, personal payments are almost impossible to chargeback as, well, they are personal. You are mistaking it with for Goods where "Buyer's Protection" is available, there's no such thing here.
