Pretty sure if you're charging new users 14 keys for "Collectors Gifts", that are primarily used for Displaying on your Profile as a form of boasting, when they are clearly new to trading and they're looking for Games to redeem and play themselves, then you're doing something wrong as a Trader.
It would be in their best interest and yours as a decent Human to direct them to a more appropiate sale rather than try to make a profit over their unknowingness.
Your method of Trading isn't working if you've only had 15 Positives in 1.5 years of Trading, and 5 months since your last Trade.
