You guys should read rules. You can't -rep anyone for refusing your trade offers.

You can -rep for the reason you want if you think is an advertisement. I had to bought yesterday 1Tf2 Key and 1 Ticket Tour for getting the trade, and he denied me the offer when I already wasted this money and he still have this Trackmania copies in his inventory. I am not saying he is a scammer, I am just saying he is not fair. If he offers a link trade, and we offer him the trade before he modifie the conditions, he shouldn't denie us.
That's why they called trade OFFERS, he is not obligated to accept any of them. When prices get fixed or games go out of sale its trade price rises, it has alway been like that. And yes, REP system in for scams only not for you to say how it's not fair he doesn't sell you a game that is not on sale anymore for a sale price.

I hadn't -rep just because I don't really care, but he stablished a price, and he denied people when this people had to buy the keys.

No, I never do unfair trades because when I offer something i deal with it. So I don't think i would take this kind of reputation.
If I dont want to stablish a price, I don't simply say people to send the offer with this stablished price and let them buying keys, and then don't accomplish the deal. He is not losing money, because he had no to buy new Trackmanias because he stil have them.
So stop lying people, he is just a no fair trader. Not a scammer, but he is an unfair trader.
