Sadly you are referring to the other listing, which includes things I probably keep (hence why there is only a little part here for now that should be purged of things I might keep).
For the little story, I had 2 copies, one I was going to keep and the other to trade away, but got scammed out of the extra one.
So as of today, I can't tell you for sure I am going to trade it away, and I am far of having a (hypothetical) price in mind.

That's a weird group, I don't think there is a real "science" behind those "estimated price" (one is valued 7 times less from one post to another).

Putting this here to keep record on the follow up of the negative review he left me.
I was sure he was going to post a totally unfair review.
First of all, no trade took place, so it, in all cases, should be removed.
tldr:
He wanted my F1 games and a DCS DLC, and wanted to discuss the prices.
I added him even if I said there was no discussion to be made (assuming he read my post).
He made an offer for one F1 game and 2 DCS DLCs.
I declined it and wished him a nice day.
He asked me to wait because he wanted to make another offer.
I asked him not to bother and wished him a nice day.
He made another offer for one F1 game and 1 DCS DLC as I was going offline.
He jumped on me as I was replying to him asking if I saw his offer.
I said I saw it, declined it, but was nice enough to let him make a last offer, even considering making a gesture.
He made an offer for 1 DCS DLC, saying he is the only one interested anyway so I should agree this time.
I declined his offer, and as I started to dislike his behavior, wished him a nice day.
He started to get mad, saying I was wasting his/our time because I was talking too much, stating I didn't want to sell my gifts, but that he is interesting in some gifts of mine and that we should keep each other in our friend list until I made up my mind.
I warned him that I was going to remove him and block him (at this point, the behavior, the double standard, and the "keep changing my mind" attitude started really to piss me off), while remaining polite.
And so I did.

Then, on the message log (thing I didn't received in chat, but that Steam has a record), he stated that I was rude all the way, that I acted like I was a god (?!), that he was more than generous and I should have agreed since he is the only one interested in my games. And so on...

As for the "-rep, unpolite. Also asks for unrealistic prices and gets mad if you're not willing to pay those." he claims, I never asked for any price, unrealistic or not, because I shouldn't have to. So I couldn't get mad at things I didn't even asked. Once again, proof that he makes no sense, as in the whole exchange I had with him.
