As the title says, i have a RU+CIS locked MGS V: Ground Zeros, willing to trade it for something around 2.5-3 euros of marketable stuff.
The gift is tradable (no 30 days restriction), so, you have nothing to worry about as Steam did also fix that "Refunding" problem, now both parties have to accept it.
ALSO: I am only trading with people that have mobile authentificator, sorry.
2nd also: My gift inventory is private, as there i sometimes keep presents i have for friends, and, i don't like ruining surprises :)
