I'm not sure if you're offering 3 TF2 keys for both (combined) or 3 TF2 keys for both (each). I wouldn't accept combined, I would at least think about each.

Understood. I can compromise and do 5 TF2, mainly because I'm in sell mode before the sale is over. Steam Gifts aren't gonna get any less rare. It's up to you.
